The location of the hotel is great… very close to the train station and the tram, on a main piazza of Florence, so there are restaurants and shops close by. The room was clean, quiet and air-conditioned. It had all the basic amenities and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and upbeat. They allowed me to store luggage for a few days, even though I was staying just one night, before catching an early flight.

It was a great room overlooking the Piazza Santa Maria Novella and a 5 min walk from the Florence Train Station. Loved the location as it was close to everything and you could open the windows to let fresh air in. Loved that they allowed us early check-in and felt safe with a 24 hr front desk. They had a lift, too, which is important when you're a senior and have heavy luggage. I'd stay here again :-)

Minutes' walk away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station and right in front of Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the hotel is located at a very convenient and accessible location. You can walk from all the main sightseeing locations without having to take public transport. Also spoiled for food choices. The staffs at the front desk are also very friendly and give good recommendations!

Large separate bathroom with all toiletries provided. Outside the main entrance you have a wide selections of dining choice. Staff extremely friendly with 24 hr front desk staff. Would highly recommend.

Location is amazing, very close to the train station and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Shower was very narrow, but hot water was WOW! Bed was extremely comfortable, linen was clean!
